Behind Stage Prod 360, there is Ray.

I have worked in live entertainment and events for 32 years. My career began behind lighting consoles in concert venues across Alsace. Power systems, electrical distribution and later roles as Head Electrician, Lighting Technician and Site Manager then took me to productions around the world.

I worked with PRG for eighteen years as a freelance live-events professional. I then joined PRG Paris as a permanent Project Manager for four years, developing a broader view of productions from preparation through delivery.

Stage Prod 360 grew out of this journey and my desire to put all that experience to work with greater freedom, closer collaboration and genuine personal involvement.

It is neither an impersonal agency nor a rigid organisation. Stage Prod 360 is my hands-on commitment and a network of trusted professionals brought together around the needs of each production.

I value direct communication, practical solutions and teams that move forward together with humour and a positive spirit. I do not watch a project from the sidelines: I commit to it and stay involved until the very end.
